
Utssav CZ Gold Jewels shares surged 5% on Tuesday, 26 May, following the company's announcement of robust financial results for FY26. According to reports from LiveMint, the jewellery maker reported total income of ₹1,157.46 crore for FY26, marking a 78.7% year-on-year increase. The company's net profit surged 136% to ₹59.06 crore, with EBITDA rising 132.28% to ₹93.70 crore and EBITDA margins expanding 187 basis points to 8.10%. The strong performance was driven by festive demand and healthy customer repeat business during the festive and wedding seasons.
For the second half of FY26, Utssav CZ Gold Jewels posted total income of ₹681 crore, marking an 87.8% year-on-year increase. As reported by LiveMint, EBITDA nearly doubled to ₹48.67 crore, with margins improving by 40 basis points to 7.15%. Net profit rose 95.2% YoY to ₹29.64 crore, supported by strong demand during the festive and wedding seasons. The company added 112 new clients during the year and strengthened its product portfolio through higher contributions from natural diamond jewellery and new product lines in plain gold and lab-grown diamonds.
According to LiveMint reports, Utssav CZ Gold Jewels incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai, UAE to strengthen its international presence and enhance trade efficiencies. The company is evaluating significant capacity expansion plans targeting production scale-up to 2.5 tonnes per annum. Management remains optimistic about future growth, citing strong retailer relationships, expanding B2B reach, deeper market penetration, and integrated manufacturing and design capabilities as key drivers for sustained growth. The company operates on a B2B model, supplying directly to leading jewellery retailers across India, and has resumed exports to the UAE.
