According to company reports, the dividend translates to 180% on the face value of ₹10 per share. The cut-off date and record date for the dividend have been fixed as July 22, 2026, with the payment date to be announced after shareholders approve the dividend at the AGM scheduled for July 29, 2026. The company delivered outstanding financial performance for Q4FY26, with profit before tax surging 122.3% compared to its previous four-quarter average, reaching ₹182.22 crores. Net sales hit a record high of ₹2,839.17 crores, growing 61.0% over the same period, while profit after tax soared 135.7% to ₹142.66 crores. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹45.90, marking a new quarterly peak. The operating profit margin improved to 7.55%, the highest in recent quarters, reflecting strong demand in the gems and jewellery sector, coupled with effective cost management and inventory optimisation.
For the full fiscal year 2026, Thangamayil Jewellery reported a 73.2% YoY increase in total income to ₹8,513.75 crore, up from ₹4,916.30 crore in FY25, with net profit climbing 196.2% YoY to ₹351.65 crore. The total dividend outgo for FY26 will be ₹55.95 crore, compared with ₹38.85 crore paid in the previous financial year. The improved profitability and higher dividend payout indicate stronger financial performance for the company in FY26.
Despite strong financial results, Thangamayil Jewellery shares experienced a decline, trading at ₹3,562.80 on NSE, down by 1.48% from the previous closing price as of May 15, 2026. The company operates through a robust network of 66 retail outlets spread across Tamil Nadu.
