
Tejas Networks shares soared as much as 8.77% to hit an intraday high of ₹435.95 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, March 24. According to reports from Upstox, the stock was trading 5.39% higher at ₹422.40 per equity share at around 10:44 AM. The scrip has gained more than 33% over the month despite declining 5% in the past week and falling 6% on a year-to-date basis. The rally comes amid a slew of recent project wins and launches, with the stock having touched a 52-week low of ₹294 on January 27, 2026, and hitting a year's high of ₹914.40 per equity share on April 22, 2025.
In a regulatory filing on March 16, Tejas Networks secured a purchase order to supply its state-of-the-art 4G Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions for a mobile network in South Asia. As reported by Upstox, the deal involves deploying the company's 4G multibrand radio products at several locations across the mobile operator's network. This contract win represents a significant expansion of the company's presence in the 4G infrastructure market in the South Asian region.
On March 3, Tejas Networks announced the launch of TJ1600-D3, its next-generation, versatile Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) optical transport product. According to Upstox, the platform was launched at the Mobile World Congress and was purpose-built to meet the surging demand for terabit-scale data centre interconnections worldwide. The product was unveiled by Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union Minister of Communications and Development of the North Eastern Region at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, Spain.
In a regulatory filing on February 26, Tejas Networks secured an order to supply 5G massive MIMO radios through an agreement with NEC Corporation to manufacture and supply these products. As reported by Upstox, this order represents the company's continued expansion into the 5G infrastructure market and demonstrates its capabilities in advanced wireless networking solutions.
According to Upstox, Tejas Networks posted a consolidated net loss of ₹196.55 crore for the third quarter of FY26, compared to a profit of ₹165.67 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. The company's revenue from operations declined 88.89% year-on-year to ₹306.79 crore for the quarter under review, compared to ₹2,642.24 crore in the December FY25 quarter. The decline was mainly attributed to lower sales, including the deferment of a purchase order from state-owned BSNL.
