
Tejas Networks reported a significant deterioration in its financial performance for the March quarter of FY26. According to reports from Upstox, the company posted a consolidated net loss of ₹211.34 crore in Q4 FY26, representing a substantial increase from the net loss of ₹71.80 crore recorded in the same period of the previous fiscal year. The company's revenue from operations experienced a dramatic decline, falling 82.55% to ₹332.69 crore in the quarter under review, compared to ₹1,906.94 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's operational performance showed significant weakness across key metrics. As reported by Upstox, EBITDA loss stood at ₹118 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a 197.26% increase from ₹122 crore in the previous year. The EBITDA margin deteriorated to -35.53% compared to 6.37% in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. This represents a complete reversal in operational efficiency, indicating substantial challenges in cost management and profitability during the quarter.
Despite financial challenges, Tejas Networks achieved several strategic milestones in international markets. According to the company's statement reported by Upstox, COO Arnab Roy highlighted significant progress in international business expansion, including the first commercial order for 4G/5G wireless products in international markets and a 5G massive MIMO radio supply contract with NEC. The company also successfully conducted trials of 5G products for an operator in the Americas and witnessed strong traction for 400G/800G coherent DWDM solutions in telco and carrier of carrier networks.
For the complete fiscal year 2026, Tejas Networks achieved revenue of ₹1,103 crore with a PAT loss of ₹909 crore, as reported by Upstox. The company's financial position as of the quarter end showed net debt of ₹3,531 crore, gross debt of ₹4,035 crore, and cash of ₹505 crore. CFO Sumit Dhingra noted that the firm ended the quarter with an order book of ₹1,514 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of 49%, indicating potential future revenue visibility despite current financial challenges.
