Tanla Platforms delivered robust financial results for the September quarter (Q2FY27), with consolidated net profit rising 17.1% year-on-year to ₹146.4 crore compared to ₹125 crore in the same period last year. According to reports from Moneycontrol, the company's revenue grew 25.3% to ₹1,352 crore from ₹1,079 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. The strong revenue growth demonstrates the company's ability to expand its business operations effectively, with the topline expanding faster than both net profit and EBITDA on a year-on-year basis.
The company showed continued growth momentum on a sequential basis, with revenue increasing 10.2% from the previous quarter to ₹1,352 crore from ₹1,226.4 crore in Q1 FY26. As per Moneycontrol, net profit grew approximately 3% sequentially while EBITDA increased 6.6% quarter-on-quarter to ₹214 crore. This sequential growth indicates sustained business momentum and operational efficiency improvements, though EBITDA margin narrowed slightly from the preceding quarter's 16.4% to 15.9%. The company also reported gross profit of ₹353 crore, growing 8.2% quarter-on-quarter and 23.1% year-on-year.
The company's Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) increased 20.8% to ₹214 crore from ₹178 crore year-on-year, as reported by Moneycontrol. However, EBITDA margin declined to 15.9% from 16.5% in the previous year, indicating some pressure on operational efficiency despite the absolute profit growth. This margin compression suggests the company is investing in growth initiatives or facing cost inflation challenges, though sequential EBITDA margin improved from 16.4% in Q1 FY26 to 15.9% in Q2 FY26. The company also generated free cash flow of ₹232 crore, representing 158% of profit after tax.

Currently, the stock is trading 11.79% below its 52-week high and 55.73% above its 52-week low, with the company's market capitalisation standing at ₹7,683.49 crore.

The company's H1 revenue reached ₹257.81 crore and H1 net profit stood at ₹28.86 crore, while the ValueFirst acquisition has made period comparisons non-comparable, as noted in the latest financial reports.
