
Swojas Foods has successfully allotted 16 lakh equity shares following the conversion of equal number of warrants. According to reports from Business Standard, the company received ₹1.98 crore from the warrant conversion, representing the balance 75% of the warrant issue price. This conversion process has now been completed, resulting in the allotment of new equity shares to eligible warrant holders.
The warrant conversion has significantly impacted the company's capital structure. As reported by Business Standard, the paid up equity share capital has increased to ₹45,86,33,120 following this allotment. The new equity shares have a face value of ₹10 each, bringing the total number of equity shares to 4,58,63,312 shares. This increase in paid-up capital reflects the successful completion of the warrant conversion process.
The warrant conversion has resulted in ₹1.98 crore being added to the company's cash reserves. According to Business Standard, this amount represents the balance 75% of the warrant issue price that was received upon conversion. The conversion process has now been completed, with all eligible warrant holders having received their corresponding equity shares in the company.
