According to the latest financial data, revenue from operations grew 11.7% year-on-year to ₹401.69 crore in Q4 FY26, up from ₹359.75 crore in Q4 FY25, while sequential revenue increased 15.8% from ₹347 crore in Q3 FY26. Despite the robust Q4 results, the company's full-year performance showed mixed trends. As reported by Business Standard, net profit declined 32.37% to ₹27.02 crore for the financial year ended March 2026, compared to ₹39.95 crore in the previous year. Sales also decreased 4.37% to ₹1,432.43 crore during FY26, down from ₹1,497.95 crore in FY25. The annual performance was impacted by various operational and market factors throughout the fiscal year.
The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 6.43% in Q4 FY26 from 4.70% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, indicating better cost management and operational efficiency. According to the latest financial data, profit before tax surged 365% year-on-year to ₹20.44 crore in Q4, while sequential profit before tax increased 389% from ₹4.18 crore in Q3 FY26. Total expenses during Q4 FY26 stood at ₹390.25 crore, compared to ₹344.54 crore in Q3 FY26, reflecting a sequential increase of around 13.3%. The board of directors recommended a final dividend of 20% for FY26, proposing a dividend of ₹1 per equity share having a face value of ₹5 each, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
