In a strategic move to strengthen its international presence, Sudarshan Pharma recently incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Sudarshan Pharma Company Poland Limited Liability, as reported by ET Now. The subsidiary, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, received board approval in February 2025 with an investment amount of PLN 5,000 and 100% equity stake. The subsidiary will focus on manufacturing chemicals, fertilisers, and plastics, along with wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products across European markets. This expansion aims to support the company's growth in the global chemical and agrochemical space.
Despite the strong performance, Sudarshan Pharma has faced significant challenges over the past year, with the stock down over 40% in the last 1 year, down 24% in the last 6 months, and down 19% in the last 3 months, as reported by Samco. The current rally stands out even more against this backdrop of sustained pressure.
