Despite muted export volumes, strong domestic performance ensured record turnover and improved margins through this value-added approach.
Steel Strips Wheels' December performance was led by sharp growth in the tractor, aluminium and truck wheel segments, both in terms of volumes and value, reflecting sustained domestic OEM demand and stronger contribution from premium products. The tractor segment delivered the strongest contribution, aided by robust rural demand, while aluminium wheels continued to scale up on the back of rising adoption in passenger vehicles and premium offerings.
