
Sobha Ltd delivered exceptional fourth-quarter results with consolidated net profit doubling to ₹92 crore compared to ₹41 crore in the same period last year, representing a 124% year-on-year increase. According to reports from CNBC TV18, the realty firm's revenue surged 60.2% to ₹1,908 crore from ₹1,215 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's EBITDA increased 62% to ₹152 crore from ₹94 crore year-on-year, though the EBITDA margin remained flat at 8% on a year-on-year basis.
The company has recommended a dividend of ₹6 per equity share of ₹10 each fully paid-up for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. As reported by CNBC TV18, Sobha also approved a pro-rata dividend on partly paid-up equity shares for the same period, subject to approval of members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The board has approved the re-appointment of Jagadish Nangineni as Whole-time Director designated as Managing Director for a further term of five years, effective April 01, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM.
