
Shelter Pharma shares surged 7.70% to ₹28.97 following the announcement of a significant international export order. According to reports from Business Standard, the company received an international purchase order worth $12,285 (approximately ₹10.7 lakh) from Genet International for the supply of veterinary feed supplement products. The order was announced on July 27, 2026, and disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The comprehensive order includes 2,000 boxes of Feedmin Bolus valued at $2,700, 2,500 boxes of Regulin Bolus worth $3,375, 1,200 pieces of Lactocal Gel valued at $3,360, and 1,500 boxes of Buta-B Bolus worth $2,850. As reported by Business Standard, the company stated that the order was received in the normal course of business and will be executed within mutually agreed timelines as per the purchase order schedule. The order composition reveals a diversified product mix within the veterinary feed supplement segment, with Lactocal Gel commanding the highest unit price at $2.80 per piece despite lower volume compared to the bolus products.
Shelter Pharma clarified that neither its promoters nor the promoter group has any interest in Genet International. According to reports from Business Standard, the company also confirmed that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction. The company manufactures pharmaceutical products, including herbal medicines for veterinary, poultry and human healthcare sectors. Management stated that this milestone reflects the company's growing presence in international markets and will strengthen its export business and contribute to revenue growth.
The company demonstrated strong financial performance with profit after tax (PAT) climbing 24.72% to ₹9.03 crore in FY2026 from ₹7.24 crore in FY2025. As reported by Business Standard, net sales increased 44.35% year-on-year to ₹73.13 crore, reflecting the company's robust business growth trajectory. The $12,285 order represents a significant addition to the company's international revenue pipeline, supporting its global expansion strategy without involving related parties.
