According to reports from Moneycontrol, the promoter purchased 3 lakh shares equivalent to 0.53% of paid-up equity capital at ₹356.32 per share, valued at ₹10.68 crore. This strategic investment appears to have positively impacted market sentiment for the NBFC.
The promoter's stake acquisition appears to have triggered a strong positive market reaction for SG Finserve shares. As reported by Moneycontrol, the stock rose 7% to ₹372.9 amid high trading volumes, forming a long bullish candle on the daily charts. This significant price movement suggests investor confidence in the promoter's strategic investment and the company's prospects.
Several other significant bulk deals were recorded on February 6 across different sectors. According to Moneycontrol, Scan Help Technologies sold 21.55 lakh shares (0.7% stake) in Bartronics India at ₹15.13 per share, valued at ₹3.26 crore. Meanwhile, Radiant Global Fund-Class B Participating Shares sold 80,400 shares in Encompass Design India at ₹226.78 per share for ₹1.82 crore, and Next Orbit Growth Fund III offloaded 2.08 lakh shares in Munish Forge at ₹72.31 per share, valued at ₹1.5 crore.
Despite the significant stake sale, Bartronics India shares demonstrated resilience with a 2.65% gain to ₹14.71, extending their upward journey for the fourth consecutive session. As reported by Moneycontrol, the automatic identification and data collection solution provider continues to attract investor interest despite the substantial stake reduction by Scan Help Technologies, which previously held a 4.56% stake in the company as of December 2025.
