
Sahara Housing Fina Corporation reported a 19.05% decline in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2026, falling to ₹0.17 crore compared to ₹0.21 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. According to reports from Business Standard, this represents a significant year-on-year deterioration in the company's bottom-line performance.
The company's sales revenue declined by 5.17% to ₹1.65 crore in Q1 FY2027, down from ₹1.74 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous financial year. As reported by Business Standard, this revenue contraction contributed to the overall profit decline despite the company maintaining relatively stable operational margins.
The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 33.33% in the June 2026 quarter from 41.95% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) declined by 18% to ₹0.27 crore from ₹0.33 crore year-on-year. According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, PBT (Profit Before Tax) also decreased by 29% to ₹0.17 crore from ₹0.24 crore in the same period last year.
