The company also reported Q1 FY27 EPS of ₹9.9 and demonstrated sequential growth with revenue growing 9.9% from Q4 FY26.
The company's board approved significant shareholder-friendly measures on August 11, including a 1:5 stock split that will subdivide one equity share with a face value of ₹10 into five shares of ₹2 each. As reported by Business Standard, the split is aimed at making shares more affordable for retail investors while enhancing liquidity. The final dividend of ₹3 per share for FY26 has also been recommended, with the record date set for September 4, 2026. According to the latest financial results, profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) increased 15% to ₹49.09 crore from ₹42.78 crore in June 2025, while profit before tax (PBT) rose 14% to ₹35.85 crore from ₹31.49 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's international operations showed exceptional growth during the quarter, with revenue from UK subsidiary rising 125.2% year-on-year to ₹33.3 crore. Additionally, S P Retail Ventures reported revenue of ₹18.8 crore, up 26.7% year-on-year, demonstrating successful market expansion and diversification of revenue streams.
