
Rajputana Stainless Limited achieved a significant milestone by crossing the ₹1,000 crore revenue mark for the first time in FY26. According to the latest company statement, revenue from operations rose 8.05% to ₹1,006.96 crore compared to ₹931.93 crore in the previous year. The Gujarat-based stainless steel manufacturer's profit before tax also showed strong growth, climbing to ₹66.35 crore from ₹54.63 crore in FY25.
The company reported net profit of ₹49.82 crore for FY26, representing a 25.01% year-on-year increase from ₹39.85 crore in FY25. As reported by the latest company statement, the quarterly performance was even more impressive, with Q4FY26 net profit surging 58.47% to ₹13.10 crore from ₹8.27 crore in Q4FY25. Revenue for the quarter rose modestly by 2.82% to ₹254.91 crore from ₹247.91 crore in the same period last year.
The stock rallied over 4% on Tuesday, following the strong earnings announcement and dividend declaration. The Board of Directors approved the audited results and recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY26, representing 5% of face value and subject to shareholder approval. According to The Hindu BusinessLine, the stock has gained 16.34% year-to-date and outperformed the NIFTY IPO index's 4.12% return over the same period.
The company attributed its strong performance to demand from engineering, wire, fastener, and infrastructure-linked industries, alongside improved operational efficiencies and stronger market realizations. As reported by Moneycontrol, Chairman & Managing Director Shankarlal D. Mehta stated that demand remained healthy during the year, supporting volume growth and improved realizations. FY26 marked the company's first full year as a listed entity, having completed its IPO in March 2026 at an issue size of ₹178.73 crore.
