
According to reports from Business Standard, Rossell India experienced a significant decline in profitability during the quarter ended June 2026. The company's standalone net profit dropped 52.43% to ₹3.81 crore compared to ₹8.01 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This substantial profit decline reflects challenging market conditions affecting the company's operational performance.
As reported by Business Standard, Rossell India's sales declined 10.33% to ₹36.27 crore in the quarter ended June 2026, down from ₹40.45 crore in the same period last year. The revenue contraction indicates reduced demand or market challenges facing the company during this quarter. Despite the revenue decline, the company maintained a net profit margin of 10.55% compared to the previous year's margin.
According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, Rossell India's operating profit margin (OPM) decreased to 18.11% in Q1 FY2027 from 26.48% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) fell 34% to ₹6.71 crore compared to ₹10.16 crore in Q1 FY2026. Additionally, PBT (Profit Before Tax) declined 40% to ₹5.36 crore from ₹8.86 crore in the same period last year.
