According to the company's audited financial results approved by the Board of Directors on May 18, 2026, consolidated total income increased significantly to ₹8,883.66 lakh from ₹7,909.05 lakh in FY25. The company's standalone net profit also improved to ₹35.28 lakh from ₹19.55 lakh in the previous year, demonstrating strong recovery across both standalone and consolidated operations.
The company's quarterly performance in Q4 FY26 showed a significant improvement, with consolidated net profit of ₹1.95 crore compared to a net loss of ₹0.69 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. As reported by Business Standard, this represents a complete reversal of the company's quarterly performance trajectory. The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 18.59% in Q4 FY26 from 20.77% in Q4 FY25, while PBDT declined 68% to ₹5.25 crore from ₹16.27 crore in the same period last year. For the complete financial year ended March 2026, Rose Merc demonstrated strong recovery with standalone earnings per share (EPS) of ₹0.59 compared to ₹0.40 in the previous year. The consolidated EPS improved to ₹9.54 from a loss of ₹1.16 in FY25. According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, the company's annual sales increased 12.31% to ₹88.48 crore from ₹78.78 crore in FY25. The PBDT for the full year rose 11% to ₹18.21 crore from ₹16.40 crore in the previous year, while PBT increased 11% to ₹18.01 crore from ₹16.21 crore in FY25.
Beyond financial results, the board approved several strategic initiatives during the meeting. The company forfeited 25,000 lapsed warrants totaling ₹15.62 lakh due to non-exercise of conversion options, with warrant holders including Promod Govind Agare, Shailesh Pethe, and Shibani Neelesh Joshi.
