
According to latest reports, Redington Ltd reported a 41.3% year-on-year decline in Q4 consolidated net profit to ₹391 crore, compared with ₹666 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Net profit excluding exceptional items stood at ₹467 crore, while net profit margin was at 1.4%. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹33,213 crore from ₹26,440 crore in the year-ago quarter, registering a growth of around 25.6% year-on-year. The company also reported Q4 revenue of ₹30,921.73 crore, reflecting a 6.35% quarter-on-quarter increase from ₹29,075.61 crore, with 15.74% year-on-year growth.
For FY26, the company posted revenue of ₹119,347 crore, marking a 20% year-on-year increase. Net profit margin for the year stood at 1.3%. As reported by CNBC TV18, the company said the quarter reflected strong performance across its core business, particularly in India, where revenue grew 50% and net profit increased 41%. Growth was supported by demand in the PC business, large enterprise deals, premiumisation in mobility, and continued momentum in cloud and cybersecurity offerings.
According to the company's statement, the Software Solutions Group (SSG) grew 31% year-on-year, supported by increased adoption of cloud, cybersecurity, software-led engagements, AI-driven solutions and subscription-led models. The company said SSG's contribution to full-year revenue rose to 17%. The End Point Solutions Group (ESG) recorded 28% year-on-year growth, aided by demand for commercial PCs and AI-enabled enterprise PCs. The Mobility Solutions Group (MSG) grew 19% year-on-year, led by premium smartphone demand and the expansion of retail-led distribution models.
The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share of face value ₹2 for the financial year 2025-26, translating into a 300% payout. The dividend recommendation is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has fixed Friday, July 3, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend. Upon shareholder approval at the AGM, the dividend will be paid or dispatched within 30 days from the date of the meeting.
Shares of Redington Ltd ended at ₹211.15, up by ₹0.50, or 0.24%, on the BSE, as reported by CNBC TV18. Managing Director and Group CEO VS Hariharan stated that the performance reflects the resilience of the business model and the discipline with which teams continue to execute. He noted strong opportunities across cloud, software, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, AI, and digital services.
