According to reports from Business Standard, the company's consolidated net profit dropped by 95.50% to ₹0.09 crore compared to ₹2.00 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This represents a substantial deterioration in profitability across the real estate developer's operations.
The company's financial challenges extended to revenue generation during the quarter. As reported by Business Standard, sales declined by 52.26% to ₹13.61 crore in Q1 FY27 compared to ₹28.51 crore in the same period of the previous financial year. This significant revenue contraction indicates reduced business activity or market conditions affecting the developer's operations.
The company's operational efficiency metrics also showed concerning trends during the quarter. According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, operating profit margin (OPM) declined to 49.74% from 19.89% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Additionally, PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) fell by 87% to ₹0.37 crore from ₹2.80 crore, while PBT (Profit Before Tax) dropped by 93% to ₹0.19 crore from ₹2.59 crore in the year-ago period.
