Based in Noida, she will own talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational culture initiatives, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen capabilities for the company's next chapter of global growth. Shobana Vinodh Kailash brings over two decades of experience across SaaS and technology, fintech, life sciences, and e-commerce, leading people strategies through rapid growth, transformation, and public company readiness. She holds an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta and her expertise spans HR strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, M&A integration, and digital HR across technology, SaaS, financial services, and life sciences sectors. Her background includes M&A integration experience at companies like Freshworks, which could influence RateGain's post-acquisition strategy following the Sojern integration. Most recently, she has been an advisor to various organisations across industries through her consulting practice, following her role as Global CHRO at Hubilo and earlier leadership roles at IQVIA, Freshworks, and Amazon. Her work spans organizational design, culture, total rewards, HR transformation, and cross-border M&A, across a career that has taken her through more than 30 countries.
