Rajnish Wellness reported a 45.45% decline in standalone net profit to ₹0.12 crore in the quarter ended June 2026, compared to ₹0.22 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Despite the profit decline, the company demonstrated strong revenue growth with sales surging 580.04% to ₹31.01 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹4.56 crore in Q1 FY26, according to reports from Business Standard.
The company's operating profit margin (OPM) declined to 0.16% in Q1 FY27 from 3.95% in the same quarter last year. Profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) fell 57% to ₹0.13 crore compared to ₹0.30 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) decreased 60% to ₹0.12 crore from ₹0.30 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, as reported by Business Standard.
The quarterly results show a stark contrast between revenue growth and profitability metrics. While sales increased dramatically by 580.04%, the company faced challenges in maintaining profit margins and overall profitability. The significant revenue jump suggests substantial business expansion or market penetration, though operational efficiency appears to have been impacted during this growth phase, according to the financial data reported by Business Standard.
