QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd has successfully migrated to the Mainboard platform of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 18, 2026, following its transition from the Emerge platform where it was listed since October 2022. According to reports from The Hindu BusinessLine, the 1.93 crore equity shares became tradable on the Mainboard platform, with the company expecting this migration to improve liquidity, enhance visibility among investors and facilitate broader market participation. The migration represents a significant milestone for the integrated healthcare solutions provider as it positions for aggressive growth targets.
Chairman and Managing Director Mahesh Makhija announced the company's ambitious plan to triple revenues over the next three years, as reported by The Hindu BusinessLine. The company reported consolidated revenues of ₹172.9 crore and EBITDA of ₹25.9 crore in FY26, with revenue streams from healthcare products and services including patient service programmes, disease management initiatives, patient screening camps, medical and diagnostic solutions, and healthcare staffing services. The company expects its services business revenue to double in FY27, supported by a growing order pipeline and rising demand from pharmaceutical companies for patient engagement and disease management solutions.
According to the company's statement, QMS Medical's services segment contributed about 31% of revenue in FY26, while products accounted for the remaining 69%. The company expects the services business to overtake the products segment by FY28 and contribute around half of overall revenue by FY29. To strengthen its services platform, the company has acquired a controlling stake in Saarathi Healthcare, which operates in patient and disease management, market access and healthcare engagement solutions. The company has served more than 10 lakh patients and partnered with over 50 pharmaceutical and healthcare companies across India.
The company's growth strategy aligns with broader market trends, as India's healthcare sector continues to expand with rising demand for patient engagement and disease management solutions. QMS Medical's focus on services business overtaking products by FY28 positions it well to capitalize on the growing healthcare outsourcing market. The company's controlling stake in Saarathi Healthcare provides a strong foundation for scaling its services platform across India's expanding healthcare infrastructure.
