In the March quarter (Q4FY26), Puravankara reported a net profit of ₹110 crore, marking a complete turnaround from a net loss of ₹88 crore recorded in the same period last year. This represents a dramatic improvement in the company's operational performance and financial health during the quarter. The company also demonstrated strong full-year performance, returning to profitability with a PAT of ₹58 crore for FY26.
The company's revenue from operations stood at ₹1,502 crore, representing a substantial 177% year-on-year increase from ₹542 crore in Q4FY25. Total income for the quarter reached ₹1,541 crore, compared to ₹564 crore in the corresponding period last year. Total expenses were recorded at ₹1,396 crore, up from ₹674 crore year-on-year, indicating the company's expansion activities. For the full year, total income surged to ₹1,104.06 crore, driven by improved realisations and timely project deliveries.
According to the company filing, Q4FY25 sales stood at ₹1,225 crore, showing a 190% year-on-year increase. Q4FY25 collection stood at ₹892 crore, reflecting a 36% increase compared to the same period last year. The company's sales volume for Q4FY26 stood at 1.63 million square feet with a robust collection of ₹941 crore. For the full year, the company sold 4 million square feet with a sales value of ₹3,107 crore, with sales realization coming in at ₹7,768 per square foot, up 14%.
