Bengaluru-based realtor Puravankara Limited plans to deploy ₹1,500-2,000 crore in FY27 as it accelerates land acquisitions and project launches across southern India and Mumbai. According to reports from Business Standard, CEO-South Mallanna Sasalu confirmed the company is not looking to raise stressed or operational capital, with internal cash flow remaining strong enough to fund expansion and operational expenses.
In Mumbai, Puravankara is sharpening its focus on redevelopment opportunities while remaining open to greenfield and brownfield projects. According to Business Standard reports, Puravankara currently sees stable demand across Bengaluru, Chennai and Kochi in the mid-premium residential and commercial segments. Sasalu emphasized the company remains bullish on demand, noting that companies at the forefront of AI are taking up large office spaces, indicating continued job generation. For FY27, the company has guided for pre-sales of ₹11,200 crore and plans to sell nearly 10.74 million square feet.
As reported by Business Standard, Puravankara plans close to 13 project launches in Bengaluru (Phase 1), one in Mangaluru (Phase 1), three in Kochi (Phase 1), two in Chennai (Phase 1 and 2), one in Coimbatore and multiple launches in Mumbai during FY27. The company currently has close to 27 ongoing projects across nine cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune, Mumbai and Goa.

The company currently operates across nine cities and is closely studying opportunities in the Delhi-NCR region.
