
PNG Jewellers delivered exceptional fourth quarter results with total revenue surging 124% year-on-year to ₹3,552 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹1,587 crore in Q4 FY25, according to a regulatory filing dated April 8. The company's full-year FY26 revenue grew 40% YoY to ₹10,744 crore, demonstrating robust growth momentum across the quarter and fiscal year. Same-store sales growth stood at 86% YoY, supported by strong festive demand during the quarter.
The retail segment emerged as the primary growth driver with 102% YoY growth in Q4, bolstered by strong demand during the wedding and festive season. Under the non-retail segment, franchise operations grew by 132% YoY, while e-commerce reported a 67% YoY jump. The company's revenue excluding other segments advanced 104% YoY to ₹3,196 crore for the March quarter, as against ₹1,569 crore in the year-ago period. Same-store sales growth of 86% YoY demonstrates the strength of the company's existing store network.
The company reported strong festive performance with Gudi Padwa sales reaching ₹171 crore, marking a 38% YoY increase. Foundation day sales stood at ₹365 crore with healthy contribution across all categories, while gratitude day sales to celebrate reaching ₹10,000 crore revenue were recorded at ₹225 crore. Despite rising gold prices, volumes saw positive traction with the gold category increasing by 27% YoY, while silver and diamond volumes rose 37% YoY and 125% YoY respectively. The strong festive performance contributed significantly to the quarter's exceptional results.
During the quarter, the company's long-term rating was upgraded to IND A+/Stable from IND A, while the short-term rating was reaffirmed at IND A1. PNG Jewellers added eight company-owned stores and four franchise-owned stores during Q4, bringing total store count to 78 stores as of March 31, 2026. The company plans to open 25 new stores in FY27 with a strong focus on scaling franchise formats, targeting a total store count of 103 by the end of the fiscal year. Management is targeting revenue of ₹13,500 crore in FY27 with an EBITDA margin of 7.5%, implying 25% YoY growth.
Shares of PNG Jewellers gained as much as 6% to hit an intraday high of ₹634.75 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on April 8, following the business update announcement. The stock was trading 2.81% higher at ₹615.95 per equity share as of 2:31 PM. The scrip has gained 10% in the past week and 14% over the month, while on a year-to-date basis, it has advanced 2%.
