
Infrastructure company PNC Infratech Ltd has been declared the L1 (first lowest) bidder for an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) project worth ₹302.44 crore, excluding GST, awarded by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) on May 29, 2026. According to reports from CNBC TV18 and Business Standard, the company secured the bid for comprehensive cityside works at Pantnagar Airport in Uttarakhand, involving a 24-month execution period. The project encompasses both cityside and airside works, including detailed designing, engineering, procurement and construction of new domestic terminal building with parking, electrical sub-station, approach roads, ancillary structures, allied works and associated MEP and electro-mechanical works, airport system, IT system, security system including maintenance, operation & AICMC.

The project involves comprehensive airport infrastructure development covering both operational and support facilities.
The order has been awarded by AAI and is classified as a domestic contract. According to the company's announcement, the quoted price for the project stands at ₹302.44 crore, excluding GST. PNC Infratech confirmed that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the entity awarding the contract and stated that the contract does not fall under related party transactions and is not executed on an arm's length related party basis. The disclosure was made to the exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

As per the company's announcement, the trading window for dealing in the securities of PNC Infratech Limited by its designated employees, immediate relatives, specified persons, and connected persons has been closed. This closure is in accordance with the company's code of conduct for the prohibition of insider trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain shut until 48 hours after this announcement.
