
PNC Infratech has secured a significant ₹194.40 crore Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project from the Lucknow Development Authority, Uttar Pradesh. According to reports from Business Standard, the company received a letter of award (LoA) for the project, which involves constructing a four-lane flyover along with two loops and two ramps at the Shaheed Path intersection on the right-hand side bank of the Gomti River in Lucknow. The contract has been awarded on an EPC basis and is scheduled for execution within 24 months.
The latest award follows several significant contract wins for the company. As reported by Moneycontrol, on May 29, PNC Infratech emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a project worth ₹302.44 crore from the Airports Authority of India for infrastructure works at Pantnagar Airport in Uttarakhand. Additionally, on May 22, the company received ₹228.90 crore through a settlement agreement executed with NHAI towards one-time settlement under the 'Vivad Se Vishwas III (Contractual Disputes)' Scheme of Government of India.
According to Business Standard reports, PNC Infratech shares rose 1.37% to ₹210.25 following the contract announcement. The stock has demonstrated significant volatility, touching a 52-week high of ₹331.80 on July 17, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹157.95 on March 30, 2026. Currently, the stock is trading 37.49 percent below its 52-week high and 31.31 percent above its 52-week low, with the company's market capitalisation standing at ₹5,320.62 crore. The contract does not involve any related-party transaction and has been awarded by a domestic entity.
As reported by Business Standard, PNC Infratech reported strong financial results for Q4 FY26, with consolidated net profit rising 42.88% year-on-year to ₹107.85 crore compared with ₹75.48 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. However, revenue from operations declined 5.11% YoY to ₹1,616.98 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company is engaged in infrastructure development, construction and management activities across sectors, including highways, bridges, flyovers, airport runways, power transmission lines and industrial area development.
