Notably, finance costs remained stable at ₹342.2 crore in Q2FY27 versus ₹345.1 crore in Q2FY26, suggesting that the turnaround was primarily driven by the absence of the massive ₹140 crore net loss on fair value changes seen in the prior year's quarter. The company also disclosed exceptional items of ₹25.45 lakh for H1 FY27, comprising recoveries from SREI Equipment Finance Limited on previously written-off investments.
