
Pearl Global Industries shares surged 9.8% following the apparel exporter's robust fourth quarter FY26 results. According to reports from Business Standard, the company reported consolidated profit after tax of ₹81 crore in Q4 FY26, representing a 24.61% year-on-year increase from ₹65 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations grew 6.92% YoY to ₹1,314 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹1,229 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The company demonstrated significant operational improvements with gross profit rising 10.69% YoY to ₹642 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹580 crore in Q4 FY25. As reported by Business Standard, gross profit margin expanded 170 basis points to 48.9% from 47.2% a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹135 crore in Q4 FY26, up 13.45% from ₹119 crore in Q4 FY25, with adjusted EBITDA margin improving to 10.3% from 9.7% in the previous year, marking the company's highest-ever quarterly EBITDA margin.
For the full financial year FY26, Pearl Global Industries achieved significant growth with revenue from operations rising 11.53% YoY to ₹5,025 crore from ₹4,506 crore in FY25. According to Business Standard, adjusted EBITDA increased 13.87% to ₹468 crore in FY26 from ₹411 crore in FY25, while profit after tax rose 16.88% to ₹270 crore. The company's net cash from operating activities increased substantially to ₹398 crore in FY26 from ₹176 crore in FY25.
During FY26, Pearl Global Industries shipped 78.1 million pieces compared with 74.3 million pieces in FY25, as reported by Business Standard. The company's total installed capacity crossed 101 million pieces annually, with Bangladesh expansion expected to add another 6-7 million pieces in FY27. Cash and bank balance, excluding cash earmarked for LC payments, stood at ₹634 crore as of March 31, 2026, compared with ₹513 crore a year ago, with working capital days improving to 43 days.
Pulkit Seth, vice-chairman and non-executive director, noted that the company crossed the ₹5,000 crore revenue milestone and surpassed 100 million pieces of installed capacity during FY26 despite tariff-related disruptions and geopolitical challenges. According to Business Standard, Pallab Banerjee, managing director, stated that Pearl Global remains well positioned to sustain growth momentum supported by expanded capacities, diversified manufacturing operations and a strong global customer base. The company declared a second interim dividend of ₹8.50 per equity share (170% on face value of ₹5 each) for FY26.
