Pakka announced that Neetika Suryawanshi has resigned from the position of chief financial officer (CFO) of the company due to personal reasons. According to the company's regulatory filing, her resignation will take effect from the close of business hours on 30 June 2026. The resignation was accepted by Mr. Ved Krishna, Managing Director (KMP) of the company, with no disagreements on financial reporting or governance cited. The change in leadership was disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited on June 16, 2026 in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In her resignation letter, Mrs. Suryawanshi confirmed that the decision was solely based on personal grounds and requested the Board to arrange for all necessary statutory and regulatory filings.
The company's financial results for Q4 FY26 showed mixed performance indicators. Standalone net profit fell 69.5% to ₹3.84 crore in Q4 FY26 compared to ₹12.57 crore posted in Q4 FY25. However, revenue from operations rose 10.2% to ₹101.54 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2026. As reported by Business Standard, this represents a significant decline in profitability despite revenue growth.
Despite the mixed financial results, shares of Pakka rose 2.25% to close at ₹82.80 on the BSE. According to Business Standard, this positive market reaction suggests investor confidence in the company's operational performance and future prospects, despite the significant decline in net profit margins. The company has placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contributions and services rendered by Mrs. Neetika Suryawanshi during her tenure as CFO.
