
Page Industries delivered robust fourth-quarter results for FY26, with net profit rising 9% to ₹179 crore compared to ₹164 crore in the corresponding period last year. According to latest reports, the retail innerwear brand's revenue from operations grew 14% to ₹1,253 crore in Q4 FY26, up from ₹1,098 crore in the year-ago period. The company's profit before tax stood at ₹238 crore against ₹219 crore in Q4 FY25, though sequential performance showed some decline with revenue falling 10% from ₹1,387 crore in Q3 FY26 and net profit dropping 5.7% from ₹190 crore. Earnings per share for the quarter rose to ₹160.24 from ₹147.04 in the year-ago period.
The board declared a fourth interim dividend of ₹150 per equity share for FY26, with the record date fixed for May 27, 2026 and payment date on or before June 19, 2026. As reported by NDTV Profit, shares of Page Industries traded 1.06% higher at ₹38,680 on the NSE following the results announcement. The stock has gained over 7% in one week and 9% year-to-date, though it has fallen nearly 19% in the last one year. The company commands a market capitalization of ₹43,120.88 crore. For the full fiscal year FY26, the company had already announced interim dividends of ₹150, ₹125 and ₹125 per share during the year.
According to latest reports, the company's sales volume in Q4FY26 grew 10.8% year-on-year, supporting the strong revenue growth. Purchases of traded goods rose sharply to ₹311 crore from ₹207 crore year-on-year, while raw material consumption increased to ₹300 crore from ₹269 crore. Total expenses during Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,032 crore compared with ₹1,108 crore in the previous quarter. Employee benefit expenses were ₹228 crore, while other expenses came in at ₹243 crore. The company noted that new labour code implementation resulted in additional employee-related expenses during FY26. Managing Director V.S. Ganesh attributed the performance to continuous product enrichment, high consumer experience standards, and encouraging demand trends across all distribution channels.
For the complete fiscal year FY26, Page Industries reported revenue from operations increased 6.3% to ₹5,247 crore from ₹4,935 crore in FY25. Net profit rose 4.8% to ₹764 crore from ₹729 crore, while profit before tax stood at ₹1,025 crore. The company continues to operate as a single business segment focused on manufacturing, distribution and marketing of garments. The management expressed confidence in sustaining growth momentum, citing positive consumer sentiments and sustained retail modernization, while acknowledging that inflationary pressures on key input costs, particularly cotton, continue to persist.
