
Page Industries delivered its highest volume growth in three years during the March quarter, with volumes increasing 10.8% year-on-year to reach 54.5 million pieces. According to latest reports from Business Standard, this marks the first time since Q3 FY2023 that the company has achieved such robust volume expansion. The company reported net profit of ₹178.73 crore for Q4 FY26, representing a 9% increase from the previous year's ₹164 crore. As reported by Business Standard, revenue grew 14.07% to ₹1,252.59 crore compared to ₹1,098 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA increased 10.75% to ₹260.5 crore, though margins compressed by 60 basis points to 20.8% from 21.4% in the previous year. Profit before tax stood at ₹237.80 crore, up 8.74% from ₹218.67 crore in Q4 FY25. The company also achieved full-year revenue of ₹52,468 million with EBITDA of ₹11,529 million and PAT of ₹7,638 million.
Page Industries' board approved an interim dividend of ₹150 per share with a record date fixed as May 27, 2026. According to Business Standard, the payment date is scheduled on or before June 19, 2026. This represents the 4th interim dividend of ₹150 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
