Ola Electric Mobility Limited achieved substantial market share gains during December 2025, with 9.3% market share compared to 7.2% in November 2025, representing a month-on-month improvement of 2.1 percentage points. According to VAHAN data announced in the company's Thursday filing, Ola Electric registered 9,020 units in December 2025, with market share reaching nearly 12% in the second half of December, indicating clear acceleration in demand and sustained market share gains. This performance enabled Ola Electric to reclaim its position among the top three EV players in nearly a dozen states, including key markets such as Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Punjab and Haryana. The strong momentum demonstrates a clear uptick in demand and sustained recovery trajectory, with the company expanding market share by 2 percentage points at pan-India level between November and December 2025.
The company's Hyperservice program, designed to address service bottlenecks encountered during rapid scale-up, has delivered significant improvements in service delivery metrics. According to Ola Electric's latest announcement, the initiative achieved 77% same-day service completion for customer requests in December 2025, supported by a 250-member rapid response team deployed to high-backlog regions and over 1,000 additional technicians added to the service workforce. Since October 2025, the company has processed 8,000+ direct-to-consumer parts orders through its new genuine parts platform, demonstrating enhanced customer self-service capabilities. As reported by the company, Hyperservice offers same-day service for most issues and was launched to strengthen the service backbone, positioning the firm for sustained business turnaround driven by improving customer experience and service resolution speed.
Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of Ola Electric, emphasized the company's focus on structural improvements rather than short-term fixes. According to Aggarwal, "Our priority has been to fix the fundamentals of service with speed and discipline. Hyperservice is a structurally focused programme, not a short-term fix, and we are already seeing clear outcomes in customer experience, market share, and bookings momentum." The CEO highlighted that early indicators point to demand improvement as service metrics stabilize. Aggarwal further added that "With the rollout of 4680-cell vehicles and upcoming BESS deliveries, we are strengthening both our near-term execution and long-term technology roadmap," positioning Ola Electric for sustained growth with improving operational leverage.
The momentum has been particularly strong in Southern India, where Ola Electric gained 2.5 percentage points market share, with Bengaluru leading at approximately 4.0 percentage points gain during the same period according to VAHAN data. The company commenced deliveries of its 4680 Bharat Cell powered S1 Pro+ 5.20 kWh scooters in November 2025, receiving strong early demand. In December 2025, Ola Electric received government certification for its 4680 Bharat Cell powered Roadster X+ Motorcycle, marking the beginning of in-house cell integration across its portfolio and advancing the company's technology roadmap. This development represents a key long-term margin and supply-chain advantage for the manufacturer, strengthening both near-term execution and future growth prospects. The company's energy business is also set to scale, with Ola Shakti (BESS) deliveries expected to begin in the coming months as per regulatory filing.
