Nido Home Finance reported a standalone net loss of ₹4.52 crore in the quarter ended June 2026, marking a significant reversal from the net profit of ₹3.57 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. According to reports from Business Standard, this represents a complete turnaround in the company's profitability during the first quarter of FY27.
The company's sales declined 7.76% to ₹132.14 crore in Q1 FY27 compared to ₹143.26 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. As reported by Business Standard, this revenue contraction contributed to the overall financial performance deterioration during the quarter.
The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 59.4% in Q1 FY27 from 162.75% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, according to Business Standard, this improvement in margin efficiency was insufficient to offset the revenue decline and resulted in the overall net loss.
PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) turned negative at ₹4.03 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to a positive ₹7.00 crore in the previous year's corresponding quarter. As reported by Business Standard, this deterioration in pre-tax profitability further contributed to the company's overall financial loss during the quarter.
