According to reports from PTI, the company reported 27% growth in net profit at ₹2.64 crore, compared to ₹2.08 crore in the same period of the previous financial year. This strong profitability was driven by significant revenue expansion across the quarter.
The company's revenue from operations demonstrated exceptional growth during the quarter under review. As reported by PTI, revenue from operations grew by 76% to ₹129.20 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹73.36 crore in the corresponding period last year. This substantial revenue increase reflects the company's strong market position and operational efficiency during the quarter.
Looking ahead, NHC Foods has outlined ambitious expansion plans supported by significant funding initiatives. According to PTI, the board of directors has approved a fund-raising plan of up to USD 27 million (around ₹225 crore) through equity or equity-linked instruments in one or more tranches. This substantial funding will be utilized to support the company's expansion plans and growth initiatives.
Managing Director Satyam Joshi highlighted the company's strong operational performance during the quarter.
