The FMCG major also announced a final dividend of ₹5 per share for the financial year 2025-26. According to The Times of India, the company's revenue from operations grew 23% to ₹6,748 crore, up from ₹5,504 crore in the corresponding period last year. The company achieved its highest-ever domestic sales of ₹6,445 crore in the March quarter, marking a 23.1% increase from the previous year. As per The Times of India, total sales and domestic sales for the quarter increased by 23% each, with all product groups contributing to the performance. The FMCG giant reported a strong operational performance with EBITDA jumping 28% to ₹1,772 crore and EBITDA margin improving by 100 basis points to 26.2% from 25.2% in the year-ago period. Along with the results announcement, Nestle India announced key dividend payment details for FY26. The company has fixed Friday, July 10, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the final dividend. If approved by shareholders at the 67th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Friday, July 3, 2026, the final dividend will be paid on or after Thursday, July 30, 2026. The dividend is announced on the entire issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital of 1,928,314,320 equity shares of face value ₹1 each. This represents a significant payout to shareholders following the company's strong quarterly performance.
The company registered double-digit volume growth in the March quarter, with domestic sales volume anticipated to grow between 9% to 11%. According to The Times of India, the e-commerce business growth continued in FY26 led by strong quick commerce performance driven by improved availability, a curated platform-specific pack portfolio across relevant categories, targeted on and off-platform media interventions, and strong festive participation throughout the year. The organized trade business delivered double-digit growth across key categories, led by impactful in-store activations, improved visibility along with store expansion. The out of home business delivered strong customer acquisition, supported by innovation and premiumisation across categories, including expansion of the beverage portfolio with NESCAFÉ Duo Gusto (hot and cold offerings) and the introduction of low- and zero-sugar beverage options.
According to The Times of India, the West Asia conflict is likely to have a limited impact on most packaged food companies' Q4 performance, as it was confined to March. However, companies have flagged higher input costs driven by the rise in crude oil prices. Elaborating on the commodities outlook, the company noted that edible oil prices are firm and have moved higher in line with global crude oil prices, supported by increased diversion to biodiesel. Meanwhile, unseasonal rains have impacted wheat production, resulting in a delayed harvest and lower quantity and quality. Commenting on coffee prices, the company expects prices to continue to trend lower, supported by a favourable crop in Vietnam and the forthcoming crop in Brazil. For FY26, total sales increased by nearly 15% to ₹23,071 crore, while the net profit jumped nearly 7% year-on-year to ₹3,545 crore, with the company expecting 2026 to be a year of good volume-led growth with continued targeting of margins between 22% and 24%.
