Gopichandar Jagatheesan, who will lead Nutrition and Dairy, joined Nestlé in 2008 and has held roles spanning supply chain, sales, chilled dairy, confectionery and cereals. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani and a postgraduate diploma in business management from IIM Kozhikode. Mansi Khanna, who will take charge of Chocolates and Confectionery, joined Nestlé in 2017 as Category Marketing Manager – Chocolates and Confectionery before taking charge of its dairy portfolio. In January 2023, she became BEO – Nestlé Health Science and helped establish the joint venture with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, becoming its COO in August 2024. According to the latest reports, she has been overseeing sales, marketing and commercial excellence for the joint venture, with responsibilities spanning portfolio management, innovation and profit and loss for brands including EveryDay, MILKMAID, NESCAFÉ Ready-to-Drink and MILO. The leadership changes reflect Nestlé India's efforts to align its senior management with the requirements of its key business categories, drawing on internal talent with experience across product portfolios, brand building and commercial operations. With Jagatheesan moving to Nutrition and Dairy and Khanna taking charge of Chocolates and Confectionery, the company will have leaders with cross-category experience overseeing two of its major business segments from the beginning of 2027. According to latest reports, Khanna's experience in brand development, category management and commercial leadership is expected to be relevant to her new responsibilities in Chocolates and Confectionery, with her expertise in portfolio management, innovation and profit-and-loss responsibilities spanning multiple brands.
