The company's net interest income grew 64.3% to ₹35.16 crore, while total AUM rose 69.4% year-on-year to ₹1,599.23 crore as of June 2026.
The mediclaim financing vertical emerged as the primary growth driver, delivering its strongest quarterly performance to date. As reported by The Hindu BusinessLine, the mediclaim vertical constitutes 42% of total AUM at ₹676.61 crore and disbursed ₹247.08 crore across 48,214 loans, representing increases of 56.2% and 48.4% year-on-year respectively. June 2026 was the strongest month with 17,638 loans disbursed, highlighting the segment's momentum. The Salary Saathi vertical also contributed significantly, disbursing ₹38.20 crore, up 38.4% quarter-on-quarter.
The strong financial performance translated into significant market gains, with the company's stock touching a 52-week high of ₹139.99 on the NSE before closing at ₹135.40, giving Mufin Green Finance a market capitalisation of approximately ₹2,675 crore. According to The Hindu BusinessLine, the company's cost of borrowings declined to 11.17% in Q1 FY27 from 12.79% in Q2 FY26 as it added Union Bank of India and Wint Wealth as lenders, bringing total lender count to over 35. Total borrowings stood at ₹1,550.99 crore while cumulative disbursements rose to ₹2,217 crore.
The company demonstrated improved operational efficiency with headcount falling to 367 from 499 a year ago, while maintaining strong financial ratios.
