The transaction was finalized on September 2, 2026, marking a significant strategic move for the Mumbai-based apparel company. This acquisition instantly integrates DeMoza's established retail network into the MISH family, expanding the group's market presence across multiple retail channels.

As reported by Business Standard, the company currently operates three flagship stores in Pune, Raipur, and Indore under its own brands, MISH and CURVES BY MISH. Mish Designs specializes in affordable Western and Indo-Western women's apparel, with its product range including dresses, gowns, tops, co-ords, T-shirts, trousers, and palazzos, featuring over 1,000 designs available. The company also exports the ZOEY line to the UAE and supports production through a 10,000 sq. ft. manufacturing unit staffed by 54 employees.
