B2B revenue growth accelerated to 37% YoY, driven by addition of wallet share among customers, especially for the specialty segment and higher contribution of B2B business in Core Diagnostics. The B2C segment contributed with an 18% year-on-year revenue increase. On a standalone basis, revenue jumped 15% YoY, primarily led by increased patient count and test volumes, along with a favorable shift in product mix and realizations. For standalone operations, TruHealth Wellness and specialty segments grew 23% and 16% respectively, while B2C revenues witnessed 14% growth and B2B segment rose 16%.
EBITDA margins expanded for the December quarter compared to the previous year, despite being a seasonally weak period for the diagnostic industry. The company highlighted successful integration of all acquisitions, with synergies delivering operational efficiencies and strengthened operating leverage. The integration of recent acquisitions is progressing well, contributing to operational efficiencies and improved profitability.
