The life insurance company placed fresh and renewal orders aggregating ₹69.72 lakh for license subscriptions valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027. All three contracts are to be executed within 15 days and have been awarded by domestic entities without involving any related party transactions.
As reported by Business Standard, one of the largest private sector banks renewed its license subscription order worth ₹3.96 crore for the period from 28 May 2026 to 27 May 2027. The aggregate value of ₹5.42 crore excludes applicable GST. The promoter, promoter group and group companies of Meta Infotech have no interest in the entities awarding the contracts, and none of the contracts fall within related party transactions. These wins are in the ordinary course of business and add to the company's visibility for revenue execution in the coming fiscal year.
According to latest regulatory filings, Meta Infotech has secured additional significant orders including a ₹2.20 crore renewal order from one of India's leading stock exchanges for software subscription services covering the period from 23 June 2026 to 22 June 2027. The company also received a ₹2.89 crore renewal order from a domestic private sector bank, comprising license subscription fees of ₹2.58 crore and annual maintenance charges of ₹30.89 lakh for the contract valid from 31 May 2026 to 30 May 2027. These orders demonstrate the company's continued growth in the cybersecurity software services sector.
