According to reports from Business Standard, the company's revenue from operations grew 23.5% to ₹1,864.39 crore compared to the corresponding quarter last year. Profit before tax (PBT) demonstrated even stronger momentum, climbing 31.45% to ₹80.34 crore in Q4 FY26. The company's Q4 FY26 revenue stood at ₹18,644 million, marking a 23.5% increase compared to Q4 FY25, with sequential growth of 3.2% from the preceding quarter.
The company's operational efficiency showed significant improvement with EBITDA reaching ₹1.69 billion, registering 24.71% growth compared to ₹1.4 billion in Q4 FY25. As reported by Business Standard, EBITDA margin improved to 9.07% in Q4 FY26 from 9.03% in Q4 FY25, indicating enhanced operational leverage. The retail segment, which forms the core of the business, generated revenue of ₹1,828.98 crore, up 23.48% YoY, while diagnostic services revenue grew 23.86% YoY to ₹34.78 crore. Operating EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹1,076 million with a margin of 5.8%, compared to ₹803 million and 5.3% margin in Q4 FY25.
On a full-year basis, Medplus demonstrated exceptional growth with consolidated net profit jumping 46.12% to ₹219.65 crore on a 12.33% rise in revenue to ₹6,892.47 crore in FY26 over FY25. According to Business Standard, the company has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Gangadi Madhukar Reddy as managing director for a period of five years, commencing August 03, 2026, subject to approval of the company's members. The company's gross margin for the quarter improved to 26.5%, while the full-year gross margin stood at 26.2%, an increase of 180 basis points over FY25. The company expanded its store network significantly during the fiscal year, adding 618 stores on a net basis, bringing the total count to 5,330 stores as of March 31, 2026.
