Reddy tendered his resignation via email on July 3, 2026, stating that he is stepping down to pursue other personal and professional interests. The company confirmed that Reddy shall be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on December 31, 2026. As per the latest regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), the company has included necessary disclosures as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026.

During this period, he will also be on garden leave, ensuring a smooth transition process for the company.
