Man Industries shares surged 19% to hit a 52-week high of ₹944 per share on Thursday following the company's announcement of securing fresh orders worth approximately ₹600 crore from domestic and international customers. According to latest reports, the stock touched a year's low of ₹302.05 on February 2, 2026, making the current rally particularly significant. On a year-to-date basis, it has soared 135%, reflecting strong investor confidence in the company's growth trajectory.
According to a regulatory filing, the large-diameter carbon steel line pipes manufacturing company received new supply orders from both domestic and international customers. The orders worth approximately ₹600 crore are for the supply of various types of pipes and are expected to be delivered within six to nine months. Following these latest wins, the company's total unexecuted order book stands at approximately ₹4,100 crore. The fresh order inflow adds to the strong momentum seen in the company's business, as reported by CNBC TV18. In June, Man Industries and its Saudi Arabia-based step-down subsidiary National Pipe Company Ltd. had won orders worth ₹1,000 crore cumulatively, with ₹300 crore coming to Man Industries and ₹700 crore to National Pipe Company.
In a significant development, Man Industries announced its inclusion in QatarEnergy's preferred manufacturers list (PML) for carbon steel longitudinally submerged arc welded (LSAW) pipes, coating, and bends. According to a separate regulatory filing dated August 14, this approval makes the company an eligible bidder for large-diameter pipe requirements across QatarEnergy's project pipeline, one of the most active capital expenditure programs in global energy. The company stated that QatarEnergy is the driving force behind the world's largest LNG expansion, backed by a multi-year capital expenditure program spanning exploration, production, and infrastructure. The PML inclusion provides Man Industries with a direct route into this pipeline of opportunity and adds to its existing relationships with national oil companies across the Middle East.
The fresh wins come as Man Industries enters FY27 with a much stronger earnings profile, according to CNBC TV18. The company reported its highest-ever standalone quarterly PAT in Q1FY27, while consolidated EBITDA also reached a record high. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 37.7% year-on-year to ₹1,065 crore, marking the company's strongest year-on-year revenue growth in five quarters. Consolidated EBITDA jumped 92.6% to ₹155 crore, while profit after tax more than doubled to ₹61 crore. The company's total market capitalisation stands at ₹6,796.62 crore as of September 10, 2026, according to NSE data, reflecting strong investor confidence in its growth prospects. The ₹600 crore order represents approximately 61.8% of the company's average quarterly revenue of ₹971 crore, with the total disclosed order book summing to ₹2000 crore covering 2.06 quarters of average quarterly revenue.
