
Laxmi Dental delivered exceptional fourth-quarter results with consolidated net profit surging 135.51% to ₹10.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2026, compared to ₹4.28 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. According to reports from Business Standard, the company's sales revenue grew 19.46% to ₹72.18 crore during the quarter, up from ₹60.42 crore in Q4 FY2025. The strong profit growth was accompanied by an operating profit margin of 18.70% for the quarter. Laxmi Dental shares jumped 20% to ₹248.90 following the results announcement, reflecting strong investor confidence in the company's performance.
Despite the strong quarterly performance, Laxmi Dental's full-year results presented a mixed picture. As reported by Business Standard, net profit for the financial year ended March 2026 declined 8.78% to ₹28.98 crore compared to ₹31.77 crore in the previous year. However, the company demonstrated resilience with sales revenue increasing 14.77% to ₹271.50 crore for the full year, up from ₹236.56 crore in FY2025. The operating profit margin for the full year stood at 15.99%.
The company's profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) increased significantly by 57% to ₹15.52 crore in Q4 FY2026, compared to ₹9.90 crore in the same quarter last year. According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, profit before tax (PBT) rose 99% to ₹11.14 crore during the quarter, while profit after tax (PAT) increased 136% to ₹10.08 crore. For the full year, PBDT grew 27% to ₹50.58 crore and PBT increased 40% to ₹34.71 crore.
