The company demonstrated remarkable financial recovery with consolidated revenue reaching ₹6,812.90 crore for the year ending March 2026, representing a significant increase from ₹5,553.96 crore in 2025. Net profit showed substantial growth to ₹889.85 crore in 2026 compared to ₹354.41 crore in the previous year. Earnings Per Share (EPS) improved to ₹16.47 from ₹6.65 in 2025, as reported by Moneycontrol.
In the quarter-ending June 2026, Laurus Labs reported consolidated revenue of ₹2,026.31 crore, an increase from ₹1,811.57 crore in the quarter-ending March 2026. Net profit for the same quarter rose to ₹361.99 crore, up from ₹281.91 crore. The EPS for the June 2026 quarter was ₹6.81, according to Moneycontrol reports.
The company's debt-to-equity ratio improved significantly to 0.45 in 2026 from 0.60 in 2025, indicating better financial health. Cash flow from operating activities saw a substantial increase to ₹1,623 crore for the year ending March 2026, compared to ₹601 crore in March 2025, as reported by Moneycontrol.
The company announced an interim dividend of ₹1.20 per share (60%) on April 30, 2026, which became effective on May 8, 2026. Prior to this, an interim dividend of ₹0.80 per share (40%) was announced on October 23, 2025.
