The subsidiary has an authorised share capital of ₹1 lakh, comprising 1,000 equity shares of ₹100 each. The entire share capital has been subscribed by Vyoma.AI Ltd, along with its nominee shareholder, with the former holding 100% stake in the new data centre firm. As per the latest disclosure filed under SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, the formation aligns with growing demand for digital infrastructure and represents L&T's strategic expansion in technology infrastructure capabilities.

The formation of these subsidiaries represents L&T's entry into the growing data centre and AI infrastructure markets, with the disclosure submitted to exchanges in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
L&T's subsidiary L&T GeoStructure secured multiple significant orders worth between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore on May 26, 2026. According to regulatory filings, this included the largest-ever piling order from JSW Utkal Steel Ltd at the 10 MTPA Integrated Steel Plant at Paradeep, Odisha. The business also secured two separate orders from the Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) for engineering, procurement, and construction of ship repair facilities at Patna and Varanasi.
