
Krystal Integrated Services has secured a significant work order worth ₹17.25 crore from The Maharashtra Rajya Sahakari Sangh Maryadit, Pune, for providing manpower services across various districts of Maharashtra. According to reports from Business Standard, the contract was awarded in the ordinary course of business and is scheduled for a five-year period from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2031. The company has clarified that this transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction, with neither the promoters nor promoter group companies having any interest in the work contract.
Krystal Integrated Services has also secured a ₹6.60 crore sanitation contract from the Shree Shyam Mandir Committee, Khatu Shyamji, Rajasthan, for providing sanitation and waste management services at the temple premises. As per Business Standard, the contract involves providing services covering an area extending 200 to 250 metres around the Shree Khatu Shyamji temple premises and will be executed over a 12-month period from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027. This additional contract demonstrates the company's diversified service portfolio across multiple sectors.
The company demonstrated strong financial performance in Q1 FY27, with consolidated net profit rising 51.39% to ₹17.41 crore compared to ₹11.50 crore in Q1 FY26. As reported by Business Standard, sales increased 11.65% to ₹360.71 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹323.08 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company operates as a diversified service provider in integrated facility management services, staffing solutions, security services, catering, and waste management across India, specializing in healthcare, education, city infrastructure, waste management, and manufacturing segments.
Despite the contract wins, Krystal Integrated Services shares declined 0.12% to ₹650.85 on the BSE following the latest announcements. According to Business Standard, the counter showed mixed investor sentiment around the company's performance and market outlook, with the stock movement reflecting cautious market response to the contract developments.
