The work order, numbered ST/PM/MKT/1158, has been awarded for a three-year period and will be executed entirely within Maharashtra. The company clarified that its promoters, promoter group and group companies have no interest in MSRTC, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
The projects involve end-to-end facility management from housekeeping and sanitation to technical maintenance and allied support services across MSRTC's Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar operations. As per the company statement, the contract encompasses integrated facility management services across the two key regions, with the company steering comprehensive operations over the next three years. That contract involves mechanised housekeeping services at the front office, management, reception, and maintenance of engineering services at both new and old Maharashtra Sadan facilities, with a four-year execution period. The company has not disclosed the expected annual revenue from the MSRTC contract or the exact date on which services will begin.
