
Krystal Integrated Services has secured a significant contract through its consortium with LC Infra Projects for sewage treatment infrastructure development in Maharashtra. According to reports from Business Standard, the consortium received two work orders from the Government of Maharashtra's Urban Development Department under the Swachh Maharashtra Mission (U) 2.0. The contracts cover development of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), I & D and sewer network for Revenue Division - Pune and Nagpur.
The aggregate contract value of the two work orders totals ₹740.06 crore, including GST, as reported by Business Standard. Krystal Integrated Services holds a 40% share in the consortium, translating to approximately ₹296.03 crore in contract value. The contracts are structured on an EPC basis and are scheduled for completion over a two-year period. The project will be executed under the name LC Infra - Krystal Consortium, where LC Infra Projects Private Limited serves as the Lead Member and Krystal Integrated Services Limited acts as the Technical Member.
The contracts are strategically distributed across Maharashtra's key urban centers. The Pune Division Order features an aggregate contract value of ₹160.12 crore, with Krystal's 40% share amounting to ₹64.05 crore. The Nagpur Division Order carries a significantly larger value of ₹579.94 crore, with Krystal's 40% share equivalent to ₹231.98 crore. Both contracts fall under Bid Category II - ULBs having STP capacity 5 MLD & above, as reported by Business Standard.

CEO Sanjay Dighe highlighted the company's expanding opportunity pipeline across government and corporate segments, with increased participation in RFPs providing access to a wider pool of long-term opportunities.
